Jamie Lall – Chief Executive Officer
Born and raised in Calgary Alberta, Jamie is a graduate of the University of Calgary and a Founding Member of Calgary Housing and Employment Services. He has spent several years working with various non-profit initiatives across the province, many of which have included specific pieces based around employment. These experiences have allowed for him to witness first-hand the correlation between gainful employment and an inclusive society, one which is comprised of integrity, compassion and equality.
Joshua Lam – Chief Knowledge Officer
Joshua Lam is a lawyer who was called to the bar in 2011 and is currently the Chief Knowledge Officer and Director of the Homeless Legal Advocacy Program at CHES. A committed human rights advocate, Josh spent over a year doing field work with an international NGO in Kenya, promoting human rights and international justice in the East African region. He has been working on poverty law and homelessness issues for over 5 years and is a strong advocate for better access to justice for low or no income individuals.
